Welcome to BetHard. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and gaming products available at bethard.com. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. We encourage you to read this document carefully before proceeding. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services at BetHard, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher).
  • You must not be a resident of any restricted country listed in Section 3 of these terms.
  • You must not have an existing account with us — we permit only one account per person, household, IP address, and device.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
  • You agree not to allow any third party to use your account or act on your behalf.

When you register with our BetHard platform, you accept that your account is strictly personal. We reserve the right to close or suspend any account where we reasonably suspect a breach of these conditions, including fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of identity.

3. Restricted Countries

Our services are not available to residents of certain jurisdictions. We actively block access from the following countries, among many others: Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, and many more. A full list of restricted territories is maintained on our website and updated regularly. If you access our BetHard casino from a restricted country, any resulting play may be considered void and winnings may be forfeited.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

We are required by law to verify the identity of our players. At BetHard, we will initiate KYC verification no later than when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000. You may be asked to provide the following documents at any time:

  • Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence)
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months)
  • Proof of payment method used for deposits
  • Source of funds documentation where required

If you request a withdrawal while verification is pending, any pending withdrawal will be cancelled until verification is complete. If verification is not completed within 30 days, we reserve the right to freeze your account. We are committed to processing verification requests promptly.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Deposits

We accept deposits via a range of trusted payment methods, including Trustly, Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, Siru Mobile, MiFinity, Interac, AstroPay, and D24 (Directa24). All deposits must be wagered at least 1x before a withdrawal can be requested. A minimum deposit of €30 is required before any bethard deposit withdrawal is processed. Please note that deposits made via Paysafecard do not qualify for bonuses. Our accepted currencies include EUR, NOK, and SEK (Swedish licence). Your account will be held in the currency agreed upon at registration.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same method and name used for the original deposit. We do not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Our BetHard casino processes e-wallet withdrawals fastest (within minutes to 24 hours), while card and bank transfer withdrawals typically take 2–5 business days. For wins of €100,000 or more where more than 50% is withdrawn, we reserve the right to pay the amount in 10 monthly instalments of 10% each until fully paid, with no interest applied. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are shown in the cashier at the time of request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

We offer a range of bethard bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Our bethard welcome bonus is available to new registrants who choose either a Sports or Casino offer before making their first deposit. Key conditions include:

  • Minimum deposit to claim the bethard welcome bonus: €20
  • The bonus must be claimed before depositing
  • Bonus is valid for 60 days from the date of issue
  • Deposits via Neteller, Skrill, or Paysafecard are excluded from bonus eligibility
  • Maximum bet while a bonus is active: €10

Sports bonus: 100% up to €50 — deposit and bonus must be wagered 15x at minimum odds of 1.90. Casino bonus: 100% up to €50 plus 20 Free Spins — deposit and bonus wagered 20x; free spin winnings wagered 10x on selected games. Wagering contributions are as follows: Slots, Video Slots, and Scratch Cards — 100%; Sportsbook (odds ≥1.90) — 100%; Live/Authentic Casino — 20%; Video Poker, Virtual Sports, and Table Games — 0%. We do not accept responsibility for bonuses claimed in breach of these conditions. 7. Game Library and Sports Betting

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors beyond our reasonable control. Our liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12 months prior to the claim. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes where required by law or regulation. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from your use of our BetHard casino services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta, unless otherwise required by the laws of your country of residence. For Swedish players, relevant Swedish consumer protection laws and Spelinspektionen regulations also apply.
